Resort Le Meurice Review

We had an official party at the Hotel le Meurice Paris and a stunning party it was. The opulent, luxurious 5 star hotel is a place where history and the latest fashionable trends meet.

Established right in the middle of Paris, the legendary hotel has international royalty, numerous fashion designers and other famous public figures as its guests on a general basis. And that is not all. Boutiques and Parisian cafes like Hermes and Chanel, Tuileries garden, Collette etc. are just some of “ornaments” surrounding the richness of this luxury hotel in Paris.

There are two restaurants at Hotel le Meurice – Restaurant Meurice that looks out over the Tuileries Garden and the restaurant le Dali. The bar at the restaurant, Bar 228 is furnished with deep leather armchairs and dark woodwork and serves champagnes of all the featured brands. The banquet rooms positioned at the ground floor of the hotel possess the capacity of accommodating huge crowds of people of up to 500 these banquet rooms are suitable for all occasions like breakfasts, luncheons, meetings, fashion shows, dinner parties and cocktails.

Salon Pompadour is one amongst the 5 banquet halls. Adding to the glory of the hotel are 2 other conference rooms, which are known as Le Grand Castiglione and Le Petit Castiglione.

When one looks at the hotel from outside, the vintage architecture can be felt oozing from the richly crafted walls. However, it’s not beauty only on the outside. This luxury hotel in Paris has rooms and suites so large yet peaceful, with every room and floor decorated which are reminiscent of Louis XVI.

The hotel is not all eye candy. The soundproof rooms equipped with Wi-Fi and multiple telephone lines add to the already loaded suites with marbled bathrooms. The hotel also has six rooms which are custom made for disabled guests without cutting down on the facilities.

All the 40 suites and junior suites extend a spectacular view of the streets and attractions of Paris. The Presidential Suite is placed on the 1st floor of the hotel and features high ceilings with sumptuous furnishings, while the Prestige Suites placed on the second and third floors of the hotel feature elegantly designed living rooms. The Marco Polo Suite placed on the 6th floor of the hotel renders a unique ambiance with its decked up look. The Belle Etoile Suite on the 7th floor of the hotel features a big private terrace that overlooks the panoramic view of Paris.

Hotel le Meurice Paris has now become an integral part of Paris. No guide map is complete without its mention. Located between the Muse de Louvre and Place de la Concorde and exactly opposite the Tuleries Garden, this luxury hotel has now proven to be a “diamond in the crown.” This dated 18th century piece of architecture is the latest when it comes to richness and personal care and comfort, this hotel is probably the most splendid hotel in the world.
